DISCLAIMER:

Only 95% shall be returned in case of refund. if,

  • The order status is *NOT COMPLETE* in the iActivation database.
  • Failed to unlock your apple device.
  • Failed to generate account for iActivation Software or Apple GSX Account.
  • 5% shall be processing fee which is not liable to be returned in any case.

The service does not return money after the purchase and successful use:

  • The order status is *COMPLETE* in the iActivation database.
  • In case of you submitted a wrong device order or submit wrong "IMEI OR SERIAL NUMBER". There will be no refund.
  • In case your device has a Blacklist by any "CARRIER" or by "Insurance". There will be no refund.
  • In case your device found "REPORTED STOLEN" or "REPLACED BY APPLE". There will be no refund.

REFUND PROCESS

You can only apply for refund after 9 working days from purchase.

When you apply for refund request, we collect some Personal Information (to match and validate data) about you such as:

  • Full Name
  • Email Adress
  • Phone Number (with country code)
  • Full Address (city, state, zip, country)
  • IMEI or SN (provide if unlock order)

What does mean the order status COMPLETE? **

Order status identifies successful software use / successful device unlock. That’s means that user successfully purchased, downloaded, used the software and unlocked the device. According to our Terms of Agreement & Refund Policy COMPLETE status indicates that we successfully provided service for customer.

What does mean the order status NOT COMPLETE? **

Order status identifies unsuccessful software usage or unlock device. The status shows that the client did not download and did not use the service or the client device unable to unlock. It’s indicated by the program logs (software error).

REFUND

We produce a refund through payment system. It will be applied to your payment method used during checkout.

Refunds can be sent back only to the original payment method used in a charge. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account).

We submit refund requests to payment system immediately. But you may see the refund as a credit approximately 7-14 business days later, depending upon the bank. Once issued, a refund cannot be canceled.
